1. Scope

These Terms apply to all services provided by Luxe Shine Auto, including detailing, car care, and customization services.

2. Booking & Agreement

Your engagement with our services begins once a written confirmation or deposit is received. Verbal agreements or inquiries do not constitute a confirmed booking until verified in writing.

3. Pricing & Payment

All rates are in CHF (Swiss Francs) and may be subject to VAT where applicable.
Full or partial prepayment may be required to confirm your booking.
Late payments or failed transactions may result in cancellation of the service.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

7+ days prior: Full refund minus administrative fees.
2–6 days prior: 50% refund of total service value.
Within 48 hours: Non-refundable, with possible credit for future service.

5. Client Responsibilities

Ensure that your vehicle is ready for detailing as per the pre-service guidelines.
Respect the scheduled time for your appointment.
Follow safety instructions provided by our team during the service.

6. Service Limitations

Our detailing services are designed to enhance the appearance of your vehicle. While we use the best tools and products, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or imperfections that cannot be corrected by our services.

7. Privacy

Your personal information and vehicle details are treated with strict confidentiality, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We comply with GDPR and Swiss data protection laws.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect upon publication.
